Testo je veoma jednostavno i ukusno, ne sadrzi kvasac tako da se moze oblikovati odmah sto meni, svakako, dobro dodje za pripremu peciva na brzinu. U receptu stoji da se moze koristiti za slatka, ali isto tako, i za slana peciva a kako izgledaju slane varijante sa ovim testom javim uskoro :)

Ove kolacice nisam radila odavno, ali kako recept vec mesecima cuci u arhivi odlucila sam da ga sredim i objavim. Verovatno su se mnogi od vas sretali sa ovim dekorativnim kolacicima koji sem sto lepo izgledaju imaju i fantastican ukus. Ovomesecnu igricu Ajme, koliko nas je, koju je pokrenula Snjezana, pocela sam sa kolacem Pcelin ubod koji se, po meni, savrseno uklapao u pricu o medu, koji je i tema igrice, na predlog domacice Aleksandre. U tom stilu cu i da zavrsim jer sta uz med ide bolje od saca :)

Ova tortica je moja izmisljotina, nastala kad sam prvi put u ruke uzela puding sa okusom tiramisu-a... palo mi je na pamet da napravim tiramisu upakovan u neki fini biskvit. Torta se pokazala kao jako fina pa ubacujem recept da ga sacuvam od zaborava.

Vec sam ranije pisala o ogromnim kolicinama hleba koje svakodnevno bacam i koliko mi je zao zbog toga. Verovatno ste primetili da cesto najobicnija jela pakujem u neke zanimljivije forme i sve to ne bi li moje dete konacno selo za sto i navalilo na hranu. Conchas su meksicka slatka peciva koja svojim izgledom podsecaju na skoljke. Sam naziv potekao je od spanske reci concha sto znaci skoljka. Moj prvi susret sa ovim dekorativnim pecivima omogucila je Sweet green i hvala joj na tome :)))

Verovatno svi volite da bacite pogled na tacnu prepunu dekorativnih sitnih kolacica... mene to svaki put ocara, ali ne mogu se bas pohvaliti da na mojim tacnama sijaju ta mala savrsenstva. Nedavno sam kod Lake kuharice snimila recept za Hrskave filete grgeca i odusevila se smesom za pohovanje. Rekla sam da cu ih probati prvom prilikom i to sam i ucinila ali sam umesto grgeca koristila pastrmku.

Uhvatio me neki virus pa se vec dva dana vucem po kuci kao polomljena. Trudim se da se ne dam, ali nesto mi bas i ne ide pa zato necu odugovlaciti sa uvodom...  Iskreno, i nemam sta pametno da kazem a "bolje je mudro cutati nego glupo zboriti" zar ne?

Pre par meseci naletela sam na pecivo u obliku jabuka. Ispostavilo se da su ove jabucice sem divnog izgleda i veoma ukusne, pa sam resila da isprobam jos jedan slican recept.

Veoma neobicni hlebici koji se pripremaju sa brasnom od tapioke i sirom. Nakon pecenja naduvaju se kao souffle, ali kad ih izvadite iz rerne splasnu i tada su ova fina, pomalo lepljiva, supljikava muffins peciva spremna za degustaciju :)

Moj muz nije odusevljen ovakvim tortama i bila sam ubedjena da je nece ni pogledati. Zato sam odlucila da je pripremim kad budem ocekivala neko vece drustvo... Pripremanjem ovih kroketa ubijate dve muve jednim udarcem jer dobijate i finu supicu i odlicno glavno jelo :)

﻿Kroketi su malene przene rolnice koje se mogu pripremati od razlicitih namirnica. Mozete ih napuniti pa svojim najmilijima posluziti rolnice sa iznenadjenjem, a mozete prosto smuckati sve namirnice i zatim ih panirati bez da izgubite na ukusu.
