Od ovih sastojaka dobijete pun wok pirinca pa ako vam je to mnogo obavezno prepolovite kolicine... Recept je sa interneta, davno upisan u moju svesku tako da vise i ne pamtim na kojoj stranici sam ga pronasla.
4 kasicice soya sosa
2 kasicice susamovog ulja
2 kasicice sode bikarbone
2 kasicice gustina
Potrebno za rucak:
500 gr pilecih prsa
2 dl graska
1 sargarepa
2 mlada luka
18 dl. kuvanog pirinca
konzerva od 225 gr mesavine bambusovih mladica i vodenog kestena
300 gr kukuruza
3 dl kuvanih racica
1 kasika rendanog djumbira
2 kasike soya sosa
1 kasicica susamovog ulja
3 kasike ulja
Prvo pripremiti marinadu:
Izmesati soya sos, susamovo ulje, sodu bikarbonu i gustin. Verovatno ce vam se ove kolicine uciniti jako male za ovu kolicinu mesa, ali sasvim je dovoljno da je meso samo blago uvaljano.
Pilece meso iseci na kockice. Staviti meso u marinadu, dobro izmesati da se meso uvalja sa svih strana pa ostaviti 1 sat u frizideru. Nakon toga isprziti meso na malo ulja i ostaviti sa strane.
Blansirati grasak i sargarepu, kukuruz sam koristila iz konzerve tako da ga nisam blansirala.
Na 3 kasike ulja proprziti iseckan mladi luk, dodati racice i prziti da postanu rozikasti. Zatim dodati vodeni kesten, bambusove mladice, rendani djumbir pa prziti jos koji minut. Nakon toga dodati hladan, kuvani pirinac (najbolje bi bilo da je neko vreme stajao u frizideru), grasak, sargarepu, pecenu piletinu, kukuruz pa prziti da se sve lepo zapece. Sve je polupripremljeno tako da ne treba dugo prziti. Ne treba mnogo ni mesati, nego vise protresati wok kako bi pirinac ostao, sto je moguce vise, neraspadnut.
Kad je sve fino isprzeno dodati 2 kasike soya sosa i 1 kasicicu susamovog ulja, dobro izmesati, prziti jos 5 minuta pa doterati ukus solju i biberom i odmah posluziti.

Fried rice
4 teaspoons soya sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cornstarch
500 gr boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
2 dl peas
1 carrot
2 scalions
18 dl cooked rice
Box (225 gr) bamboo shoots and wooden chestnuts
300 gr corn
3 dl cooked shrimp
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 teaspoon sesam oil
3 tablespoons oil
At first make marinade:
Mix soya sauce, sesam oil, baking soda and cornstarch.
Cut chicken breast into cubes. Place meat in the marinade and turn to coat both sides. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then, fry the meat and set aside.
Boil peas and carrot.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, add scalions and fry for a few minutes. Add shrimp, wooden chestnuts and bamboo shoots, grated ginger and fry few minutes. Then, add cold, cooked rice, peas, carrot, fried chicken breast, corn and fry until well fried.
At last, add 2 tablespoons soya sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil, stir, fry for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and serve.

ReplyDeleteObozavam przeni pirinac iako, moram priznati, nisam uspela da iskopiram original... ovaj mi je poseban zbog te marinade, ima predivan ukus :)
