Prakticno i fino iskoristen hleb od juce :)
oko 500 gr "starog" hleba
1,5 dl ulja
6 jaja
200 gr rendane salame, sunke...
200 gr rendanog sira
3 dl jogurta ili mleka
3 kasike ajvara

Priprema:
Hleb iseci na snite srednje debljine. U veliki pleh (od rerne) sipati ulje pa poredjati isecen hleb tako da popuni ceo pleh (praznine izmedju kriski popuniti manjim parcicima hleba).
Pripremiti fil od jaja, salame, sira i jogurta pa na kraju umesati ajvar. Dobro izmesati pa preliti hleb u plehu i ravnomerno ga razmazati kasikom. Odozgo posuti origanom pa zapeci u rerni zagrejanoj na 200 stepeni oko 15-20 minuta.English version:

1,5 dl oil

200 gr grated salami, ham...
200 gr grated cheese
3 dl yoghurt or milk
3 tablespoons ajvar

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Cut bread into slices (medium thickness). In a large baking sheet pour oil and sort bread slices to fill the entire baking sheet (fill empties with small pieces of bread).
Beat eggs, add grated salami, cheese, yoghurt and ajvar. Spread the filling over the bread. Sprinkle with oregano and bake for 15-20 minutes.
