I mirisu i lice na jabuke :)
400 gr brasna
20 gr (1 puna kasika) secera
5 gr (1 kasicica) soli
1 kasika pavlake
3,5 kasike meda
30 gr maslaca (1 kockica)
80 ml mleka
150 ml vode
6 gr suvog kvasca
Fil:
2 jabuke
3-4 kasike secera
cimet
I jos:
Toplo preporucujem!!!

Apples
Dough:
400 gr all purpose flour
20 gr (1 full tablespoon) sugar5 gr (1 teaspoon) salt
1 tablespoon sour cream
3,5 tablespoons honey
30 gr butter
80 ml milk
150 ml water
6 gr dry yeast
Filling:
2 apples
3-4 tablespoons sugar
cinnamon
few salt sticks
First make apple filling… Coarsely grate apples, sprinkle sugar over and microwave for approximately 2 minutes. Check every 30 seconds and microwave again for 30 seconds until apples are tender. You can cook apples on the stove for a few minutes.
Remove apples from the microvawe, add cinnamon to taste, stir well and set aside to cool.
Form a well in the center of the flour and pour in salt, sugar, sour cream, honey, dry yeast and cut butter. Heat milk and water until lukewarm. Pour milk-water mixture into the flour mixture and knead the dough. Remove dough from bowl and place on a floured bord, knead gently until the dough becomes smooth. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until double in size. Then, remove the dough from the bowl, knead gently one more time and divide it in 16 pieces. Form them into a balls.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Gently pat each piece into a small circle. Put one teaspoon of filling in center, pinch edges up around the filling forming a ball and completely enclosing the apples.
Place 16 muffin cups into the baking pan. Then, place each ball in a muffin cup. With your finger, gently make a dent in the middle of each ball.
Let the apples rest for 30 minutes. Then, brush them with egg, put piece of salt sticks in the middle of each ball and place in the oven. Bake apples for approximately 20 minutes.
