Toliko dobro iskopiran da bi mu i original pozavideo :)
Biskvit:
5 jaja
5 kasika braon secera
1 kasika vanili secera
5 kasika brasna
2 pune kasike kakaa
na vrh noza praska za pecivo
Krema:
250 ml slatke pavlake
10 grama zelatina
5 kasika vode
2 kasike meda
1 vanili secer
Umutiti sneg od 5 belanaca. Posebno izraditi zumaca sa secerom, dodati brasno, kakao i prasak za pecivo pa mesati da se sve poveze. Dodati u tu smesu tri kasike snega od belanaca i lagano promesati da se dobije glatka smesa. Dobijenu smesu sipati u ostatak snega od belanaca i dobro izmesati varjacom. Sipati u veliki pleh oblozen papirom i peci 10 minuta na 180 stepeni. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa prerezati na pola da se dobiju dva jednaka komada.
Natopiti zelatin u vodu i ostaviti desetak minuta da nabubri. Za to vreme izmiksati slatku pavlaku u slag. Nabubrelu zelatinu istopiti u mikrotalasnoj, na pari ili laganoj vatri (paziti da ne prokuva) pa joj dodati 2-3 kasike ulupane slatke pavlake i energicno izmesati. Sipati zelatin u slag, dodati med i vanili secer pa jos malo miksati. Ostaviti 5 minuta u frizideru (samo da pocne lagano da se steze) pa jos jednom energicno promesati. Staviti krem na polovinu kore i poklopiti drugom korom pa vratiti u frizider na 2-3 sata da se dobro stegne. A zatim.... uzivatiiii :)
U original recepticu u krem se dodaje slag fix sto je, verujem, mnogo jednostavnije i lakse. Nazalost, ovde nema ni slag fixa, ni instant zelatine pa sam ja morala ovako :)

Homemade Kinder Milch schnitte
(recipe adapted from here)
Biscuit:
5 eggs5 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanille sugar
5 tablespoons flour
2 full tablespoons cacao
1/5 teaspoon baking powder
Cream:
250 ml whipping cream
10 gr gelatin
5 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons honey
10 gr vanille sugar
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form.
Mix egg yolks with sugar, add flour, cacao, baking powder. Then, add 3 tablespoons of whipped egg whites and mix well. Add rest of whipped egg whites and stir gently with wooden spoon until well blended. Place on a parchment lined large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Then, cut horizontally into two rectangles.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let dissolve for 10 minutes. Whip whipping cream until soft peaks form. Put gelatin in microvawe for a few second (do not boil). Put 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream into the melted gelatin and mix well. Add gelatin mixture into the rest of whipping cream, add honey, vanilla sugar and mix until blended. Put in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Then, mix well one more time. Put the cream between two biscuits layer and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours. Cut into the small rectangles or squares.
You can glaze pieces with chocolate.
