5 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanille sugar
5 tablespoons flour
2 full tablespoons cacao
1/5 teaspoon baking powder
250 ml whipping cream
10 gr gelatin
5 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons honey
10 gr vanille sugar
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form.
Mix egg yolks with sugar, add flour, cacao, baking powder. Then, add 3 tablespoons of whipped egg whites and mix well. Add rest of whipped egg whites and stir gently with wooden spoon until well blended. Place on a parchment lined large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Then, cut horizontally into two rectangles.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let dissolve for 10 minutes. Whip whipping cream until soft peaks form. Put gelatin in microvawe for a few second (do not boil). Put 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream into the melted gelatin and mix well. Add gelatin mixture into the rest of whipping cream, add honey, vanilla sugar and mix until blended. Put in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Then, mix well one more time. Put the cream between two biscuits layer and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours. Cut into the small rectangles or squares.
You can glaze pieces with chocolate.
