Smestite vas omiljeni kolac u teglicu pa ga u vidu Sand Art-a poklonite dragoj osobi.
Sand Art slatkisi ili gift in a jar, kako ih jos nazivaju, su suvi sastojci razlicitih kolaca i keksica smesteni u teglice po bojama. Sto je vece sarenilo suvih sastojaka, teglica ce izgledati interesantnije. Uz ove teglice pretezno ide i ukrasna porukica koja sadrzi ostatak recepta kako bi onaj ko ga dobije na poklon mogao da kompletira recept. Veoma jednostavno za pripremiti i veoma efektnog izgleda ovo moze biti odlican Bozicni ili Novogodisnji poklon za vase i nase prijatelje :)
Ovo su samo neke ideje, a vi pustite masti na volju :)
Solje su od 240 ml.
1 1/8 solje brasna
2/3 kasicice soli
1/3 solje kakaa
2/3 solje braon secera
2/3 solje belog secera
½ solje cokoladnih kapljica (chips)
½ solje belih cokoladnih kapljica
½ solje orasa ili pecan orasa
Google mi je pomogao da sve ovo prebacim u grame i tako cu vam recept i preneti:
Izmesati so sa 70 gr brasna pa sipati na dno teglice od 1 litar. Preko sipati 40 gr kakaa, zatim 55 gr brasna, 135 gr braon secera, 150 gr belog secera, 100 gr cokoladnih kapljica, 100 gr belih coko kapljica (ja sam koristila chips od mlecne i cokolade za kuvanje) i na vrh 1 dl orasa.
Uputstvo za pripremu kolaca:
Zagrejati rernu na 175 stepeni. Podmazati kalup 22x22 cm.
Sipati sadrzaj iz tegle u ciniju, izmesati pa dodati 1 kasicicu vanila ekstrakta, 2/3 solje ulja i 3 jaja. Miksati dok se sve lepo ne poveze. Sipati u pripremljen pleh i peci 20-25 minuta.
Ovaj Brownies otisao je na poklon mojoj drago prijateljici Ivani, ali ona nije zelela da ga degustira vec da ga zadrzi kao ukras u svojoj kuhinji tako da je ovo jedini kolac sa liste ciji uspeh ne mogu da garantujem :)
Mocha Coffe je vise topli napitak nego soljica dobre kafe :)
Potrebno:
1/3 solje nes kafe
1 solja mleka u prahu
2/3 solje mleka za kafu u prahu (Completa i sl.)
1/2 solje kakaa
3/4 solje secera
1/4 solje braon secera
1 kasicica cimeta
1/4 kasicice soli
1/4 kasicice muskatnog orascica
Sameljite nes kafu u food procesoru da dobijete sitniji prah (nisam dobila prah u potpunosti, ali kafa se malo usitnila).
U 3 teglice od 2,5 dl redjajte sastojke redom kojim zelite ali vodite racuna o bojama… ja sam krenula sa kafom, zatim je sledilo mleko u prahu, kakao, completa, braon secer, beli secer i vrh sam posula cimetom, solju i muskatnim orascicem.
Za pripremu Mocha Coffee - izmesajte sadrzaj teglice da se sve lepo sjedini a zatim ¼ solje ovog praha izmesajte sa ¾ solje kipuce vode. Promesajte da se istopi.
Koristila sam teglicu od 2,5 dl u koju sam pokusala da smestim polovinu ovih sastojaka… malo sam se prevarila pa se iz moje teglice smesa malo preliva, a ni kompletna kolicina secera nije stala.
Keksici sa intenzivnim ukusom narandze. Za moj ukus ovi keksici su malo preslatki pa ako niste ljubitelj velike kolicine secera ili smanjite isti ili smanjite kolicinu cokolade.
Potrebno:
1/2 solje napitka od narandze u prahu (npr. Cedevita)
3/4 solje secera (ja sam koristila ½ solje belog i ½ solje braon secera)
1 1/2 solja vanilla chips (ja sam koristila 200 gr seckane bele cokolade)
1 3/4 solje brasna
1/2 kasicice sode bikarbone
1/2 kasicice praska za pecivo
Izmesajte brasno sa sodom i praskom za pecivo pa ga smestite na dno litarske teglice.
Preko sipajte Cedevitu, beli secer, braon secer i zavrsite vanilla chipsom ili seckanom cokoladom.
Uputstvo za pripremu kolaca:
Zagrejati rernu na 190 stepeni.
Sipati sadrzaj teglice u ciniju, dodati ½ solje omeksalog maslaca, 1 jaje (lagano umuceno) i kasicicu vanila ekstrakta. Izmesati da se sve lepo sjedini. Uzimati po punu kasiku smese pa je oblikovati u kuglicu. Redjati u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje oko 5 cm udaljene jedne od drugih.
Peci 12 do 14 minuta ili dok lagano ne porumene.
Moji keksici poprimili su kockasti izgled jer sam zanemarila ovu razdaljinu prilikom redjanja u pleh, malo sam ih vise nagurala, a oni se jaaaako sire u toku pecenja pa je to dovelo do spajanja keksica i ovog neobicnog oblika ;)
Ima li neko ko ne voli topli kakao i to jos u ovim zimskim danima? Kod mene u kuci kakao se konzumira u velikim kolicinama i to bas ovaj koji se priprema sa vodom, ali ovo je prvi put da sama mesam sastojke i ispalo je sasvim solidno :)
Potrebno:
2 solje mleka u prahu
1 solja secera (ja sam mesala beli i braon secer )
1/2 solje kakaa
1/2 solje Complete
prstohvat soli
minijaturni ili obicni marshmallows
u napitak mozete dodati i razlicite ukuse kao npr. vanilu, lesnik...
Pripremila sam samo polovinu ove smese i to u teglici od 500 ml. Sastojke sam redjala sledecim redom: mleko u prahu, braon secer, beli secer, kakao, Completa.
Za pripremu kakaa: izmesajte sastojke iz teglice da se lepo sjedine pa sipajte 3-4 kasike praha na solju kipuce vode ili solju vrele kafe. Po zelji, u solju, ubacite i marshmallow.
Potrebno:
2 dl brasna
½ kasicice praska za pecivo
1/8 kasicice (na vrh kasicice) sode bikarbone
0,7 dl braon secera
0,7 dl secera
1 kasicice vanili secera
100 gr seckane cokolade za kuvanje
1 dl ovsenih pahuljica
1 ½ dl cornflakes-a (po mogucnosti od cokolade)
1 ½ dl pecenog, slanog kikirikija
50 gr cokoladnih kapljica (chips) ili povecajte kolicinu seckane cokolade
Ovim redosledom redjajte sastojke u teglu od 1 l.
Za pripremu keksica:
Zagrejte rernu na 200 stepeni.
Istresite sadrzaj tegle u ciniju, dodajte 1 ½ dl omeksalog ili otopljenog pa ohladjenog maslaca i 1 jaje. Izmesajte smesu da se sve poveze (ja sam izmesala rukom). Uzimajte po kasiku smese i redjate na pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje. Pecite oko 12 minuta.

2/3 Teaspoon salt
1 1/8 Cup flour, divided
1/3 Cup cocoa powder
2/3 Cup brown sugar
2/3 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup chocolate chips
1/2 Cup white chocolate chips
1/2 Cup walnuts or pecans
Layer ingredients as follows: 2/3 t. salt, 5/8 c. flour, 1/3 c. cocoa powder, 1/2 c. flour, 2/3 c. brown sugar, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. chocolate chips, 1/2 c. white chocolate chips, 1/2 c. walnuts
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease one 9x9 baking pan.
2. Pour the contents of the jar into a large bowl and mix well.
3. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 3 eggs. Beat until just combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Mocha Coffee Gift Mix
(recipe adapted from here)
1/3 cup instant coffee granules
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2/3 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Grind coffee granules in a coffee grinder or food processor until it breaks down into a fine powder. Stir together with remaining ingredients. For giving as a gift, spoon into three 8-ounce jelly jars and seal. Attach the following instructions to the jar:
Mocha Coffee. Add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Dreamsicle Cookies
(recipe adapted from here)
1/2 cup powdered orange flavored drink mix, such as Tang
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups vanilla baking chips
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Combine the flour with the baking soda and baking powder. Layer the ingredients in a clean glass wide mouth quart sized jar, starting with the Tang, then sugar, vanilla chips and ending with the flour mixture. Press each layer firmly in place before adding the next ingredient. Attach a recipe card with the following instructions to the jar.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Empty contents into a large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 egg slightly beaten and teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until completely blended.
3. Roll heaping tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 12 to 14 minutes or until tops are very lightly browned. Cool for 5 minutes on the sheet then remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
Laura's Hot Cocoa Mix
(recipe adapted from here)
2 cups nonfat dry milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup non-dairy creamer
1 dash of salt
miniature marshmallows, optional
To make Laura's Hot Cocoa Mix:
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of mix to your favorite mug and fill with boiling water or hot coffee. Stir to blend. Add some marshmallows or cream.
Sometimes we like to add some miniature marshmallows to the mix and then fill a quart jar with the cocoa mix and miniature marshmallows combination. The marshmallows dry and get firm, but soften when hot water is added.
For gift giving, one year we used clean one-quart mayonnaise jars for the cocoa mix.
Peanuts Cookies
(recipe adapted from here)
2 dl flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
0,7 dl brown sugar
0,7 dl white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
100 gr chopped baking chocolate
1 dl oatmeal
1 ½ dl chocolate cornflakes
1 ½ dl roasted, salt peanuts
50 gr chocolate chips
Layer the ingrediens in a 1 l glass jar.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line cookies baking pan with parchment paper.
Empty contents into a large miksing bowl. Add 1 ½ dl softened butter and 1 egg. Mix well. Spoon 1 tablespoon mixture into prepred pan. Bake for about 12 minutes.
